Eric MacDonald Welcomed Back to Merrimack County Savings Bank after Deployment to Afghanistan

Eric MacDonald Concord, New Hampshire – June 16, 2008—Merrimack County Savings Bank welcomed Eric MacDonald, Senior Credit Analyst, back to its Commercial Lending Team today after a year-long military deployment to Afghanistan. MacDonald worked with Bow Mills Bank and Trust (which has merged with Merrimack County Savings Bank) prior to departing on his military leave in February 2007. He was stationed in the United States for a period of training and was subsequently deployed to Afghanistan to train the Afghan army. He also was involved in humanitarian assistance programs and security missions.

MacDonald's colleagues hosted a breakfast this morning to thank him for his service and to welcome him back. He lives in Gilford, NH, with his wife, Lorrie, and two sons.
